Kids Camp Underway!

Ludlow's Activity Camp was in full swing this week. The weather has been beautiful. Highs in the low 80s with blue skies. Our weekly fishing derby champ was Ricky. Everyone is having fun, come join us for what ever time you can.

Weekend Wedding at the Island

The weather and the fishing have been great! We just had an Island wedding this past weekend. What a beautiful event. Come join us and take advantage of our special packages for the summer.

Gourmet weekend

Ludlow's recently had Murray's of Minneapolis and Exec. Chef John Vanhouse put on a spectacular weekend of food and wine. Our next gourmet event will feature The Oceanaire Seafood Room and Exec Chef Rick Kimmes. The weekend date will be September 25th.

Summer is Here

We have seen great weather, and more importantly great fishing. The spring rains have placed out water levels perfect (under the docks this year) and the foliage is green and lush! Come see us, and take advantage of our spring specials.

Lake Vermilion is enjoying an earlier than last year ice out.

Getting the resort ready for our 70th year of operation is underway.

Will Spring Come?

After watching us leave on snowmobiles day after day Kirby finally gave in and decided to ride with.

The ice is still here and thick, up to 40 inches in some spots.

We are getting ready for another snow storm and then maybe spring?

Snow Blowing the Rooftops

This weekend the snow blower made it's way to roof of the main lodge.  In anticipation of more snow the current waist deep stuff had to go!  Amazing we are just 3 hours north of the metro area, but are having a much different "spring".  Enjoy the weather, where ever you are.
